打滑是自动变速箱中最常见的故障之一。典型表现为:起步时踩下油门,发动机转速迅速升高但车速提升缓慢;行驶中加速时,发动机转速升高但车速没有相应提高;平路行驶基本正常,但上坡无力且发动机转速异常高。
Slip is one of the most common faults in automatic transmissions. Typical manifestations include: stepping on the accelerator when starting, the engine speed rapidly increases but the vehicle speed increases slowly; When accelerating while driving, the engine speed increases but the vehicle speed does not increase accordingly; Driving on level roads is generally normal, but uphill driving is weak and the engine speed is abnormally high.
打滑的原因多种多样:变速箱油面过低或过高;离合器或制动器摩擦片磨损过甚或烧焦;油泵磨损或主油路泄漏导致油压过低;密封圈损坏导致漏油。

There are various reasons for slipping: the transmission oil level is too low or too high; The friction plates of the clutch or brake are worn or even burnt; Oil pump wear or main oil circuit leakage leading to low oil pressure; Damaged sealing ring leads to oil leakage.
诊断打滑故障有一套规范的流程。第一步检查变速箱油的油面高度——油面过低或过高都可能导致打滑。第二步检查油品品质——如果油液呈棕黑色或有烧焦味,说明离合器或制动器摩擦片已经烧焦。第三步进行路试,将换挡手柄拨入不同位置行驶。如果升至某一挡位时发动机转速突然升高而车速没有相应提高,即说明该挡位有打滑。打滑时发动机转速越容易升高,说明打滑越严重。
There is a standardized process for diagnosing slip faults. The first step is to check the oil level of the gearbox - low or high oil levels can cause slipping. The second step is to check the quality of the oil - if the oil is brownish black or has a burning smell, it indicates that the clutch or brake friction plates have been burnt. The third step is to conduct a road test by shifting the gear lever to different positions and driving. If the engine speed suddenly increases when shifting to a certain gear without a corresponding increase in vehicle speed, it indicates that the gear is slipping. The easier it is for the engine speed to increase during slippage, the more severe the slippage.
根据打滑出现的规律,还可以判断具体是哪个执行元件出了问题。所有前进挡都打滑,多为前进离合器打滑;只在3挡打滑,多为倒挡及高挡离合器打滑;倒挡和高挡都打滑,也多为倒挡及高挡离合器打滑。
