低速行驶抖动顿挫几乎成为双离合变速箱的代名词,不论是自主、合资还是进口品牌,均难逃此厄运。除此以外,部分品牌车型的手动、AT及CVT变速箱也出现同类问题,尤其是以节油、平顺著称的CVT变速箱也出现了大量相关投诉,令人较为意外。

一、双离合变速箱稳定性成话题

双离合变速箱有其自身技术优势,但稳定性和可靠性存在一定短板,据车质网投诉数据显示,在抖动顿挫问题中双离合变速箱投诉量最大,且涉及品牌车型最多。虽然从理论上讲,双离合器变速箱会在换挡响应速度、油耗经济性等方面具备一定优势,但干式双离合并不带有单独的冷却系统,仅靠风冷及变速箱油的热导进行散热,在市区堵车情况下,离合器长期半联动磨损且容易导致温度升高。此时,双离合机构、机电控制单元及电器元部件难以承受长期的高温考验,可能造成系统寿命的缩减、加速变速箱损坏。据悉,大众已意识到干式双离合产品中存在的问题,并生产出7速湿式双离合变速箱予以替代,对此自主及美系品牌也应加快解决产品稳定性差的步伐。

At this point, the dual clutch mechanism, electromechanical control unit, and electrical components are unable to withstand long-term high temperature tests, which may result in reduced system lifespan and damage to the acceleration gearbox. It is reported that Volkswagen has realized the problems in dry dual clutch products and has produced a 7-speed wet dual clutch transmission to replace them. Both domestic and American brands should accelerate their efforts to solve the problem of poor product stability.

二、手动变速箱也不排除故障可能

手动变速箱在使用过程中出现抖动顿挫现象,很多车主第一反应都是驾驶习惯问题,但在部分品牌车型出现投诉相对集中的情况,却难以用个案来解释。从故障现象来看,手动变速箱出现抖动顿挫一般是在换挡间隙,尤其是在二、三挡间切换时车辆顿挫感较为严重,但4S店给出的“正常现象”答复,却很难服众。实际上,手动变速箱出现抖动顿挫问题,也与离合器及变速箱输入轴、同步器等相关部件的配合有一定关系。如果出现旷量或安装位置发生偏移,将会出现上述问题。除此以外,发动机行车电脑ECU也是出现顿挫感的罪魁祸首,个别厂家已对此进行改进,更换新ECU后顿挫问题已得到解决。综上所述,当手动变速箱出现换挡抖动顿挫问题后车主不要掉以轻心,及时到4S店排查故障原因。

三、CVT变速箱也受顿挫困扰

一提到CVT变速箱,不少人的印象可能就是其出色的节油性和平顺性,但从接到的投诉来看,变速箱抖动顿挫问题投诉中也不乏CVT的身影。其中,日产品牌所使用的CVT变速箱可谓命运多舛,冬季升挡慢的问题还未绝迹,如今抖动顿挫问题的出现又波及多款车型,而且从故障现象看其中有共通之处。其主要表现为:30-50km/h升挡时有明显拖曳感和顿挫感;在停车减速到15-18km/h时速时,会出现两次较为明显的顿挫感,随后出现窜车。据了解,日产所使用的这款CVT变速箱带有一套行星齿轮组,而出现顿挫感是否与其结构有关,目前厂家及4S店并未给出明确说明。
