很多变速箱不是用坏的，是开坏的。以下5个驾驶坏习惯，每一个都在加速变速箱报废。

坏习惯一：空挡滑行。 很多老司机为了省油，习惯下坡或减速时挂N挡滑行。自动变速箱需要持续的油压来润滑和冷却内部精密部件。空挡滑行时油泵虽然还在转，但油路循环不充分，摩擦片和行星齿轮组得不到足够润滑。一位凯美瑞车主天天空挡滑行，开了5万公里变速箱就开始打滑，拆开后摩擦片都烧成了黑炭正确做法：松油门让车自然减速，需要制动时直接踩刹车。

Bad habit one: coasting in neutral. Many experienced drivers, in order to save fuel, are accustomed to coasting in neutral gear when going downhill or decelerating. Automatic transmissions require continuous oil pressure to lubricate and cool internal precision components. When coasting in neutral, although the oil pump is still running, the oil circulation is insufficient, and the friction plates and planetary gear sets do not receive sufficient lubrication. A Camry owner coasts in neutral every day, and after driving 50000 kilometers, the gearbox starts to slip. After disassembling it, the friction plates are burned to black charcoal. The correct approach is to release the accelerator to allow the car to slow down naturally, and to apply the brakes directly when needed.

坏习惯二：未停稳就换挡。 车还在动就从D挡切R挡，或者倒车没停稳就挂D挡。自动变速箱内部的锁止机构是为车辆静止时工作的。车还在动就强行切换，锁止销承受的冲击力能把它直接搞断。一位宝马X3车主每次倒车入库都是车没停稳就挂D挡，开了3年驻车锁止机构磨损严重血的教训：车建议完全停稳、踩住刹车，再进行明显挡位切换。

Bad habit 2: Shifting gears before coming to a complete stop. Switch from D gear to R gear while the car is still in motion, or shift to D gear when reversing and not coming to a complete stop. The locking mechanism inside the automatic transmission works when the vehicle is stationary. Forcefully switching while the car is still in motion, the impact force borne by the locking pin can directly break it. A BMW X3 owner always shifts into D gear before the car comes to a complete stop when reversing into the garage. After driving for 3 years, the parking lock mechanism is severely worn out. The lesson learned is that the car must come to a complete stop, press the brake, and then switch gears.

坏习惯三：频繁急加速。 红绿灯起步一脚地板油、超车必踩到底。频繁急加速时变速箱需要快速降挡提供大扭矩，摩擦片和离合器承受巨大冲击。一台开了8万公里经常暴力驾驶的君威，变速箱油从红色变成了黑褐色，里面全是金属磨屑。改装刷程序增加马力的车，变速箱本来就是按原厂调校设计的，突然增加扭矩输出，不出问题才怪建议：温柔驾驶才是王道。

Bad habit three: frequent rapid acceleration. When starting at a traffic light, the floor oil must be stepped on, and when overtaking, it must be stepped on to the bottom. When accelerating rapidly frequently, the gearbox needs to downshift quickly to provide high torque, and the friction plates and clutches are subjected to huge impacts. A Buick Regal that frequently drives violently after 80000 kilometers, the transmission oil has changed from red to black brown, filled with metal debris. A car that has been modified with a flashing program to increase horsepower has a gearbox that was originally designed according to the original factory tuning. If the torque output suddenly increases without any problems, it's not surprising. Suggestion: Gentle driving is the king.

坏习惯四：等红灯长时间挂D挡踩刹车。 长时间D挡踩刹车等待，变速箱油温会持续升高，加速油液老化。等红灯超过30秒，建议挂N挡拉手刹。

Bad habit four: Wait at a red light for a long time, shift to D gear, and press the brake. Long term braking and waiting in D gear will cause the transmission oil temperature to continue to rise, accelerating the aging of the oil. Wait for the red light to exceed 30 seconds, it is recommended to shift to N gear and pull the handbrake.

坏习惯五：用P挡当刹车用。 停车时不拉手刹，只靠P挡锁止机构“硬扛”整台车。停在斜坡上尤其危险，P挡锁止机构承受整车重量，长期如此必然磨损正确做法：踩刹车停稳→挂N挡→拉紧手刹→松脚刹让车沉降→非常后挂P挡。

Bad habit five: Use P gear as a brake. When parking, do not pull the handbrake and rely solely on the P-gear locking mechanism to 'hard drive' the entire vehicle. Stopping on a slope is particularly dangerous, as the P gear locking mechanism bears the weight of the entire vehicle and will inevitably wear out over time. The correct approach is to step on the brake to stop steadily → shift to N gear → tighten the handbrake → release the foot brake to allow the vehicle to settle → and finally shift to P gear.
