自动变速箱的深入剖析分析

在自动波箱修理行业,控制翻修率总是人们关心的因素之一,因为它直接关系到企业的利润、公司的以及业务的发展前景。然而这又是难的问题,如果限于表面的修理而不找出变速箱内部的故障根源,翻修率是很难控制的,尤其是当变速箱进入正常维修期,内部的故障开始出现的时候。

Pressure regulating valve (hereinafter referred to as "PR valve") is the core component of the oil circuit cycle. Under normal circumstances, the PR spring and the booster valve push the PR valve to move in one direction, while the balance pressure at the other end of the valve prevents or pushes the PR valve in the other direction, so that the PR valve is in a balance adjustment position. During start-up, when the oil pressure at the balance end of PR valve reaches, PR valve will overcome the pressure of spring (and booster valve) and move towards its balance adjustment position. Once the oil pump generates enough oil pressure to push the PR valve into its balance adjustment position, the PR valve will lead the excess oil pump capacity into the drain hole or back to the suction end of the oil pump
