1. 节气门位置传感器
1. throttle position sensor
节气门位置传感器安装在发动机节气门体上,并与节气门阀门联动,是由驾驶员通过加速踏板来控制的。其作用是测量发动机节气门的开度,使控制单元了解发动机负荷,以此作为自动变速器换挡的一个重要依据。
The throttle position sensor is installed on the engine throttle body and linked with the throttle valve, which is controlled by the driver through the accelerator pedal. Its function is to measure the opening of the engine throttle, enabling the control unit to understand the engine load, which serves as an important basis for automatic transmission shifting.
2. 输入轴转速传感器
2. Input shaft speed sensor
输入轴转速传感器与车速传感器类似,也分电磁感应式传感器和霍尔式传感器。它安装在行星齿轮机构输入轴(液力变矩器涡轮输出轴)附近或与输出轴连接的离合器鼓附近的壳体上,用以检测自动变速器输入轴转速信号,该信号使电子控制单元对换挡过程的控制更为精确,同时该信号与发动机转速信号比较可计算出液力变矩器的传动比,优化油路压力控制过程和锁止离合器的控制过程,改善换挡质量,提高汽车的行驶性能。其结构、工作原理与车速传感器相同。
The input shaft speed sensor is similar to the vehicle speed sensor and can be divided into electromagnetic induction sensors and Hall sensors. It is installed on the housing near the input shaft (output shaft of the hydraulic torque converter turbine) of the planetary gear mechanism or the clutch drum connected to the output shaft to detect the input shaft speed signal of the automatic transmission. This signal makes the electronic control unit more precise in controlling the shifting process. At the same time, compared with the engine speed signal, this signal can calculate the transmission ratio of the hydraulic torque converter, optimize the oil pressure control process and the control process of the lock up clutch, improve the shifting quality, and enhance the driving performance of the car. Its structure and working principle are the same as the speed sensor.
3.霍尔式转速传感器
3. Hall type speed sensor
当霍尔元件中有电流经过并有磁场垂直施加于此元件时,将产生一分别垂直于磁场和电流且与电流和磁场强度成正比的电压,这些电压信号就是输出轴转速传感器脉冲信号。
When a current passes through a Hall element and a magnetic field is applied vertically to the element, a voltage perpendicular to the magnetic field and current, and proportional to the current and magnetic field strength, will be generated. These voltage signals are the output shaft speed sensor pulse signals.
4. 自动变速器油 油温传感器
4. Automatic transmission oil temperature sensor
如下图所示,油温传感器安装在液压控制阀体上。其主要作用是将自动变速箱内的自动变速器油温度转换成电压信号传输至汽车自动变速箱控制模块,以作为汽车自动变速箱控制模块进行换挡控制、油压控制、锁止离合器控制的依据。在汽车起步或低速大负荷行驶时,液力变矩器转速比小,效率低,发热严重,造成油温升高,在超过某一温度界限时,变速器要在较高的发动机转速状况下才开始换挡。
As shown in the figure below, the oil temperature sensor is installed on the hydraulic control valve body. Its main function is to convert the automatic transmission oil temperature inside the automatic transmission box into a voltage signal and transmit it to the automatic transmission control module of the car, which serves as the basis for shifting control, oil pressure control, and lock up clutch control of the automatic transmission control module. When starting a car or driving at low speeds and high loads, the hydraulic torque converter has a low speed ratio, low efficiency, and severe heat generation, causing an increase in oil temperature. When the temperature exceeds a certain limit, the transmission needs to start shifting at higher engine speeds.
