For example, uneven tooth surfaces after gear wear can increase frictional resistance during meshing; The clutch slipping cannot fully transmit power, resulting in the energy output by the engine not being effectively converted into the driving force of the vehicle. In order to maintain the normal driving of the vehicle, the engine has to increase the speed and fuel injection, resulting in a significant increase in fuel consumption.

  (二)换挡逻辑混乱

  现代汽车多配备自动变速箱,其换挡逻辑由电子控制系统精确控制。一旦变速箱的电控系统出现故障,如传感器失效、控制模块损坏等,换挡时机和挡位选择就会出现偏差。该升挡时不升挡,发动机长时间处于高转速运转;该降挡时不降挡,车辆在动力不足的情况下勉强行驶。这种混乱的换挡逻辑,使得发动机无法在经济转速区间工作,燃油利用率降低,油耗自然升高。

  液力变矩器是自动变速箱中的重要部件,它通过液体传递动力,并能在一定范围内实现扭矩放大。当液力变矩器出现故障,如导轮单向离合器卡死、内部泄漏等,其传递动力的效率会受到严重影响。液力变矩器无法正常工作,会增加发动机的负荷,迫使发动机消耗更多燃油来维持车辆的运行。

  (三)解决液力变矩器问题
