自动变速箱打滑是自动变速箱的常见故障之一。而自动变速箱漏油是造成自动变速箱打滑的前期原因。液压控制系统的各连接部位上都有油封和密封垫，这些部件是常发生漏油的地方。液压系统漏油会引起油路压力下降，而油位下降则会引起自动变速箱打滑。自动变速箱打滑故障，总的来说，都可以通过自动变速箱油位与品质来分辨。如自动变速箱油位过低，但无杂质，则查找漏油处进行修复故障基本可排除；如自动变速箱油位过高，无杂质，调整自动变速箱油位，故障基本可排除；如自动变速箱油呈棕黑色或有烧焦味，则应拆解变速箱，排查是否内部零件（摩擦片、制动带等）存在磨损。
