1.要经常检查自动变速箱油液位是否正常。自动变速箱油的检查方法与发动机机油不一样，发动机机油在冷车状态下检查、而变速箱油是需要将油预热到50℃左右，再将挡位杆在各挡位停留2秒钟后置于停车挡，此时油尺正常油面应位于高与低线之间，如不够，应及时添加相同品质的油品。

3.正确地更换变速箱油。目前较好的换油方法是动态换油，采用专用的变速箱清洗设备，在变速箱运转的过程中，将旧油充分循环，排放干净后再加入新的变速箱油，从而使换油率高达90以上，保证良好的换油效果。
