什么是双离合变速箱?

双离合变速器顾名思义,双离合变速器的技术关键就在于双离合,也就是有两个离合器,其中一个负责奇数档(1、3、5、7挡),另一个离合器负责偶数档(2、4、6挡)。可以想象为将两台手动变速箱的功能合二为一,并建立在单一的系统内,它没有液力变矩器也没有行星齿轮组。从齿轮部分乍一看很像一台手动变速器,因为它有同步器,但不同的是它用“双”离合器控制与发动机动力的通断,这两台自动控制的离合器,由电子控制及液压推动,能同时控制两组离合器的运作。

变速箱的冷却方式延缓离合器磨损

那这里要补充一点,就是双离合变速箱它不是分为干式和湿式的嘛,基本的原理和构造上面的话,这个没什么太大差别,但是冷却方式上不同。这个湿式离合器,它是依靠这个变速箱油和其它油液浸泡来吸收能量把它带出去的,土话叫水冷,当然这个是油冷。那干式离合器就是通过风冷来散热的。

长时间低速行驶加速双离合的磨损

首先第一个的话呢就是长时间的低速行驶,堵车的时候慢慢地跟车,走走停停,这双离合呢一直就是处于这个半联动的状态。如果不是处于半联动状态呢就变成低档位是来回反复切换,这个磨损的加剧程度是非常大的,它让摩擦部件的寿命会快速的下降。就好像我们这个小碎步走路这个鞋底更容易被磨破对不对,脚也特别的酸,又费油又费变速箱。那这个堵车又不是我们说了算的对吧,无法避免的,这个路况就这样。

那我们自己可以做的事情呢,就是让前面的车子先稍微走一段,然后呢自己再慢慢的跟油跟上去,来减少我们这么停停走走的这种次数,增加每一次行驶的这个距离,相对的来说呢可以提高一定的双离合寿命。
What we can do ourselves is to let the car in front go for a while, and then slowly catch up with the gas to reduce the number of times we stop and move, increase the distance we travel each time, and relatively improve the service life of the dual clutch.
刹车踩不到底会加重双离合负担

那还有一种比较伤车的做法呢,就是车子停在那边,你不挂P档不挂N档,就是一直D档,然后刹车踩在那边。因为这个踩在那边的话,离合器它还是处于半联动的这种状态。而且如果我们刹车不踩到底或者踩的比较轻,它很有可能因为我们的脚一抖,半联动、联动来回切换,其实已经潜移默化地做了好多回这样的动作了。

我们自己还没有这种感觉,这个时候对车子和双离合器的负担也是算比较大的。所以我建议各位朋友如果超过两分钟的等待,也不要一个脚就刹车那边踩在那边,也太酸,挂个N挡拉手刹就可以了,如果超过五分钟了,干脆挂个P档熄火好了。

那么除了刚才说的这两种情况之外,还有咧,比如说换挡太快,这个双离合的特点不就是换挡快吗?但我不是这个意思,是什么呢?就是我们往前面开,车子还没停稳,马上就挂成倒档;我们倒车的时候还没停稳,马上就挂在P档。

变速箱的齿轮容易被打掉

这个是很容易打齿轮的,而双离合变速箱的齿轮特别容易被打掉,这个是目前我们维修厂经常会发现的这一个情况。那后面几个不太会出现的,我就一笔带过跟大家讲一下。

N挡滑行可能会烧坏变速箱

比如说是N挡滑行,现在自动挡挂N档滑行不但不省油,而且还有可能会烧坏变速箱。输出么转速很高,但是这个变速箱的这个油泵因为你挂在N档,这个油就供不上去或者叫供油不足,那散热就会差,润滑也会差,这时间一长就有可能引起这个变速箱的共振和打滑的现象,土话说呢就是烧掉了。
For example, when it comes to coasting in N gear, shifting from automatic to N gear not only saves fuel, but also has the potential to burn out the gearbox. The output speed is very high, but the oil pump of this gearbox cannot supply oil or supply insufficient oil because you are in N gear. This will result in poor heat dissipation and lubrication, which may cause resonance and slipping of the gearbox over time. In layman's terms, it may burn out.
拖车太快导致变速箱损伤

然后就是拖车救援,双离合变速器和其他车子不太一样,其他车子挂个空档选择一个拖车档,那直接绳子拖走就可以了。双离合你如果是熄火的时候挂在那个拖车档的话,你这个速度要有严格的限制,说明书有写,是很慢很慢的一个速度。如果稍微快一点的话,变速箱也有可能会产生这种损坏。那我比较建议搭载双离合变速箱的各位朋友们要救援的话,直接就是吊到板车上,然后板车拖走,不要原地这么「滋」在那边拉很容易出问题。

For other cars, if you put them in neutral and choose a trailer gear, you can simply tow them away with a rope. If you are in trailer gear with dual clutch transmission and the engine is turned off, there is a strict speed limit for you. The manual states that it is a very slow speed. I suggest that friends who are equipped with dual clutch transmissions should be rescued by simply lifting them onto a flatbed truck and then towing them away. Do not stay in place like this, as it can easily cause problems.
变速箱并不是终身免维护

那么最后再来讲讲这个保养,其实和寿命有关系。很多朋友都觉得这个变速箱是终身免维护部件,其实并不是这样的。那么比这个误会更大的一个误会呢,就是很多朋友觉得干式双离合变速箱它是没有变速箱油的,它不是干式的吗,这个其实都不对。那这个保养手册上都会写的,变速箱油的保养更换周期。那干式双离合呢它是离合器摩擦不用油,其它地方还是需要有变速箱油来润滑的。? ? ? ? ?

所以说这个双离合变速器好好的去保养维护还是非常有意义的。如何延长双离合寿命呢?

1、避免长时间低速行驶堵车时的低速跟车蠕动可谓是双离合的一大噩梦,因为离合片一直处于半联动的状态,在1、2档间频繁换挡,会加剧磨合期片的磨损情况,使得寿命下降。因此,在低速跟车的情况下,可以把挂S档(S档时,发动机转速更高才会升档)或者切换手动模式1档,避免走走停停1、2档之间太频繁的切换,磨损严重,同时造成变速箱过热。
1. Avoiding low-speed creeping during long periods of traffic congestion can be a major nightmare for dual clutch transmission, as the clutch plates are always in a semi linked state. Frequent gear shifts between 1st and 2nd gears can exacerbate wear and tear during the break in period, leading to a decrease in lifespan. Therefore, when following at low speeds, you can shift to S gear (when the engine speed is higher, it will upshift) or switch to manual mode 1 to avoid frequent switching between start stop 1 and 2 gears, which can cause severe wear and tear and overheating of the gearbox.
2、合理利用好N挡变速箱挂D挡然后踩刹车时,会处于半联动状态,加大离合器片的损耗。如果在堵车情况时,尽量走一段然后停一段,避免一直挂D挡踩刹车,不要半联动蠕行,但如果插队的太多那也没法了。建议各位朋友如果超过一分钟的等待,也不要一个脚就刹车那边踩在那边,挂个N挡拉手刹就可以了,如果超过五分钟了,干脆挂个P档熄火。
2. Reasonably utilizing the N-gear transmission to shift to D gear and then applying the brake will result in a semi coupled state, increasing the wear and tear of the clutch plates. 3、换挡不宜太快这里所指的换挡并不是行驶过程中的升降挡,而是指用换挡杆进行R挡、P挡的切换。如果在车子还未完全停稳的情况下加挂入R挡,或者倒车的时候还没停稳,马上就挂在P档。这两种情况都会造成齿轮的剧烈冲击,也就是常说的“打齿轮”。而双离合变速箱的一大常见故障就是齿轮特别容易被打掉,这个是目前我们维修厂经常会发现双离合的这一个问题。
3. Shifting gears should not be too fast. The shifting referred to here is not the up and down gear during driving, but the use of the shift lever to switch between R and P gears. 5、3~5年更换一次变速箱油很多人对离合器有一个误解,就是湿式双离合是浸泡在变速箱油液里的,而干式双离合则是没有变速箱油。其实只是离合器的主动盘和从动盘的连接介质不同,干式是靠空气,湿式是靠油液,无论是干式还是湿式,其他齿轮组等摩擦部件都是有变速箱油润滑的。一般情况下呢这个变速箱油的保质期是三年,有些车型则是五年,具体参照用车手册。变速箱油过期之后润滑效果会下降,而且会增加摩擦,造成齿轮组等摩擦部件损耗加大,降低寿命。其实对于双离合变速箱来说,其寿命相对其它变速箱来说并不短,但是局限性较大。日常很多用车情况都会加剧行车磨损,所以给人的印象便是双离合变速箱寿命短。而反观CVT和AT变速箱,日常驾驶中就没那么多的注意事项了,所以给人更加省心耐用的好印象。

In fact, the only difference is the connection medium between the driving plate and the driven plate of the clutch. Dry type relies on air, while wet type relies on oil. Whether dry or wet, other friction components such as gear sets are lubricated with gearbox oil. In general, the shelf life of this transmission oil is three years, while for some models it is five years. Please refer to the user manual for details. After the transmission oil expires, the lubrication effect will decrease and friction will increase, causing increased wear and tear on friction components such as gear sets and reducing their lifespan. In fact, for dual clutch transmissions, their lifespan is not short compared to other transmissions, but they have significant limitations. Many daily driving situations can exacerbate driving wear and tear, giving the impression that dual clutch transmissions have a short lifespan. On the other hand, CVT and AT transmissions do not require as many precautions during daily driving, giving people a more worry free and durable impression.
