变速箱进水主要是从通气孔进入。因为变速箱并不是完全封闭的,水本身就有可能从通气孔直接进入。而且在变速箱运行时如果遇水受冷,且水位较高,还有可能借通气孔把水吸进去。一般来说,变速箱进水主要由以下两种情况引起:
The water entering the gearbox mainly enters through the vent hole. Because the gearbox is not completely enclosed, water itself may enter directly through the ventilation holes. Moreover, if the gearbox encounters cold water during operation and the water level is high, it is possible to suck water in through the ventilation holes. Generally speaking, gearbox water ingress is mainly caused by the following two situations:
情况一:水没过车轮2/3以上
Scenario 1: The water has submerged more than 2/3 of the wheels
第一种情况是汽车进水。具体判断标准是如果水没过车轮的2/3以上,那么变速箱进水的概率在80%到90%左右,如果水已经没过仪表台的位置,那么变速箱100%已经进水。
The first scenario is that the car is flooded with water. The specific judgment criteria are that if the water has not reached more than 2/3 of the wheels, the probability of water entering the gearbox is around 80% to 90%. If the water has already reached the dashboard, then the gearbox is 100% water filled.

情况二:会车时水浪进入变速箱
Scenario 2: Water waves enter the gearbox during the meeting
第二种情况是在会车时,如果路面积水过多,那么激起的浪花打在车身上,也有可能导致变速箱进水。
The second scenario is when there is too much water on the road surface during a meeting, which can cause waves to hit the vehicle and potentially lead to water ingress into the gearbox.
当变速箱进水后,变速箱油的性能会受到严重的影响,不单单是润滑性能受损,变速箱油的传递动力的性能也会下降,进而使离合器片出现打滑,随即油温升高,这也会导致水蒸气的产生甚至使油水混合物出现沸腾,这些粘稠的物质还会堆积到阀体内造成阀体的堵塞,从而影响到变速箱的控制系统。
When the gearbox is filled with water, the performance of the gearbox oil will be seriously affected, not only the lubrication performance will be damaged, but also the power transmission performance of the gearbox oil will decrease, which will cause the clutch plates to slip and the oil temperature to rise. This will also lead to the generation of water vapor and even cause the oil-water mixture to boil. These viscous substances will accumulate in the valve body, causing blockage of the valve body and affecting the control system of the gearbox.
在车辆涉水后,如果发现车辆挂挡不走,又或者加油时出现异常的抖动,新动力建议车友们还是尽快联系修理厂进行检修,避免造成更大的损失。

变速箱进水分三种程度

1、严重进水:观察油水混合物即可辨别
1. Severe water ingress: can be identified by observing the oil-water mixture
变速箱进水比较严重的,可以通过放油直接观察。具体做法是把变速箱里的油排出来,如果进水较多观察油水混合物的颜色和黏稠程度就能判断。
If the gearbox has serious water ingress, it can be directly observed by draining the oil. The specific method is to drain the oil from the gearbox. If there is a lot of water entering, observe the color and viscosity of the oil-water mixture to determine.
2、中度进水:油底壳出现白色沉淀物
2. Moderate water ingress: white sediment appears on the oil pan
如果通过放油无法确定是否进水,这时候需要做进一步的检查。具体做法是把油底壳拆卸下来进行观察。因为如果变速箱进水,油和水混合之后会产生一种白色的乳合物,并附着在油底壳上,如果观察到有这种沉淀物,那么变速箱就已经属于中度进水。
If water ingress cannot be determined by draining oil, further inspection is required. The specific method is to disassemble the oil pan for observation. Because if the gearbox is flooded, a white emulsion will be produced after the oil and water mix and adhere to the oil pan. If this sediment is observed, then the gearbox is already moderately flooded.
3、轻度进水:变速箱里部分螺丝生锈
3. Mild water ingress: Some screws in the gearbox are rusted
如果用以上两种做法都无法判断,则需要通过拆解观察变速箱里面的螺丝。因为油和水混合之后,会腐蚀钢性材质的螺丝,如果变速箱疑似进水以后发现有部分螺丝生锈,则可以判断是变速箱轻度进水,且含水量不会过大。
If neither of the above methods can determine, it is necessary to disassemble and observe the screws inside the gearbox. Because when oil and water are mixed, they can corrode screws made of steel materials. If some screws are found to be rusted after the gearbox is suspected to have been flooded, it can be determined that the gearbox is mildly flooded and the water content is not too high.
