检查发动机怠速。装用自动变速器的汽车的发动机怠速一般为750r/min左右。若怠速过高,应按标准予以调整。
Check the engine idle speed. The engine idle speed of cars equipped with automatic transmissions is generally around 750r/min. If the idle speed is too high, it should be adjusted according to the standard.
检查节气门拉索或节气门位置传感器的调整情况。如不符合标准,应重新予以调整。
Check the adjustment of the throttle cable or throttle position sensor. If it does not meet the standards, it should be adjusted again.
检查真空式节气门阀的真空软管。如有破裂,应更换;如有松脱,应重新连接。
Check the vacuum hose of the vacuum throttle valve. If there is a crack, it should be replaced; If there is looseness, it should be reconnected.
做道路试验。如果有升挡过迟的现象,则说明换挡冲击大的故障是升挡过迟所致。如果在升挡之前发动机转速异常升高,导致在升挡的瞬间有较大的换挡冲击,则说明离合器或制动器打滑,应分解自动变速器,予以修理。
Conduct road tests. If there is a phenomenon of late upshifting, it indicates that the fault with high shifting impact is caused by late upshifting. If the engine speed abnormally increases before upshifting, causing a significant shift impact at the moment of upshifting, it indicates that the clutch or brake is slipping, and the automatic transmission should be disassembled and repaired.
检测主油路油压。如果怠速时的主油路油压高,则说明主油路调压阀或节气门阀有故障,可能是调压弹簧的预紧力过大或阀心卡滞所致;如果怠速时主油路油压正常,但起步进挡时有较大的冲击,则说明前进离合器或倒挡及高挡离合器的进油单向阀阀球损坏或漏装。对此,应拆卸阀板,予以修理。
Check the oil pressure of the main oil circuit. If the oil pressure in the main oil circuit is high at idle, it indicates that there is a malfunction in the main oil circuit pressure regulating valve or throttle valve, which may be caused by excessive preload of the pressure regulating spring or stuck valve core; If the main oil pressure is normal during idle, but there is a significant impact during starting and shifting, it indicates that the oil inlet check valve ball of the forward clutch, reverse gear, and high gear clutch is damaged or missing. For this, the valve plate should be disassembled and repaired.
检测换挡时的主油路油压。在正常情况下,换挡时的主油路油压会有瞬时的下降。如果换挡时主油路油压没有下降,则说明减振器活塞卡滞。对此,应拆检阀板和减振器。
Detect the main oil pressure during gear shifting. Under normal circumstances, there will be an instantaneous decrease in the main oil pressure during gear shifting. If the main oil pressure does not decrease during gear shifting, it indicates that the shock absorber piston is stuck. For this, the valve plate and shock absorber should be disassembled and inspected.
电子控制自动变速器如果出现换挡冲击过大的故障,应检查油压电磁阀的线路以及油压电磁阀工作是否正常、电脑是否在换挡的瞬间向油压电磁阀发出控制信号。如果线路有故障,应予以修复;如果电磁阀损坏,应更换电磁阀;如果电脑在换挡的瞬间没有向油压电磁阀发出控制信号,说明电脑有故障,对此,应更换电脑。
If there is a fault with excessive shifting impact in the electronic controlled automatic transmission, the circuit of the oil pressure solenoid valve and whether the oil pressure solenoid valve is working properly should be checked, and whether the computer sends a control signal to the oil pressure solenoid valve at the moment of shifting. If there is a fault in the circuit, it should be repaired; If the solenoid valve is damaged, it should be replaced; If the computer does not send a control signal to the oil pressure solenoid valve at the moment of shifting, it indicates that the computer is malfunctioning and should be replaced.
